1.
Michele will contact Delores Buerger to find out about CASBO workshops. We have a
certificate for one free workshop if anyone is interested in participating. One can visit
their webiste at www.casbo.org for their schedule.
2.
For the safety portion of our meeting, Allene discussed “falling” and how to prevent it.
3.
As a result of AB500, all non-certs and casuals will have to go to Board effective 1/1/03
detailing their scheduled hours and days, job duties and time frame.
4.
Nina and Tatiana will reduce their work schedules to 3 days a week in order to comply
with the 170 day rule.
5.
Section 125 days have been overbooked. Employees can go to American Fidelity’s Palos
Verdes office, but must go within our deadline and schedule their own appointments.
6.
Valerie will work on $420 reimbursement for individuals without dependent coverage.
