DISCIPLINE PLAN MRS. GINA LEWIS The successful student is one who each day: attends class, arrives on time, and is prepared with all necessary materials. In addition, he/she will complete and turn in all assignments when due. The successful student is also one who prepares in advance for quizzes and tests. Finally, the successful student is concerned with the well-being of others and displays good citizenship. In order for all students to have the opportunity to learn, those students who make poor decisions will be subject to the following discipline plan. 1. Verbal warning 2. Parent/guardian contact as a means of resolution 3. Assignment of detention along with parent contact 4. Principal referral In the event of a major disruption of the educational process, the teacher reserves the right to omit steps in the discipline plan.
