Tampa 25 Vocabulary
1. garage – a room in a house or building used for storing cars.
2. damage – to take apart, break, scratch; to injure or harm.
3. average – something that is calculated to find the usual in a group, class, or
series.
4. energy –the capacity for vigorous activity; available power.
5. energetic –powerful in action or effect; effective.
6. imagine – something that is make believe or you see in your head.
7. pledge – a solemn promise or agreement to do or refrain from doing something.
8. cheerful – to be happy, smiling, and in a good mood.
9. harmful – causing or capable of causing injury.
10. truthful – to be honest.
11. powerful – to have great strength.
12. forgetful – not being able to remember.
13. thoughtful – considerate of the feelings or well being of others, thinking deeply.
14. fuel – a type of liquid used to power up cars and other transportation.
15. careless – not paying attention to what one does.
16. hopeless – thinking something is impossible to accomplish or solve.
17. fearless – someone who is not scared.
18. sadness –affected by unhappiness or grief; sorrowful or mournful.
