service delivery systems and processes.

Values expressed in service delivery policy provisions, protocols, and purchase
agreements are clarified in relation to public sector service delivery systems and
processes.

Processes and systems developed are consistent with organisation's values and
public sector principles, conventions, and practice identified and clarified through
analysis processes.
