People credited with this unit standard are able to: prepare for
multiple passenger check-in; display and amend passengers’
details; process passengers’ baggage; accept passengers onto
a flight; and finalise the check-in process.

All tasks are to be carried out in accordance with enterprise procedures, the enterprise

Passengers’ names are accessed and name details displayed in accordance
with enterprise procedures.

Passengers’ details are checked in accordance with enterprise procedures.

3.1
Security and dangerous goods procedures are followed in accordance with
enterprise procedures.

Passengers’ baggage is assessed and recorded in accordance with enterprise
procedures.

goods questions, name on baggage, querying baggage contents
(liquids, aerosols, gels).

accordance with enterprise procedures.

Providers must be granted consent to assess against standards (accredited) by NZQA,
before they can report credits from assessment against unit standards or deliver courses
of study leading to that assessment.
Industry Training Organisations must be granted consent to assess against standards by
NZQA before they can register credits from assessment against unit standards.
Providers and Industry Training Organisations, which have been granted consent and
which are assessing against unit standards must engage with the moderation system that
applies to those standards.
