Performance criteria 1.1 Poultry carcasses are hung in accordance with the product specifications and company operating procedures. 1.2 Poultry carcasses are hung in accordance with the company safety policies and procedures. 1.3 Poultry carcasses are hung in accordance with the company production throughput requirements. Element 2 Inspect KFC poultry portions for compliance with company product specifications. Performance criteria 2.1 Out of specification poultry portions are handled in accordance with the company operating procedures. 2.2 The inspecting process is carried out in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and procedures. 2.3 The poultry portions are checked in accordance with the company production throughput requirements. Element 3 Pack poultry portions. Performance criteria 3.1 The poultry portions are packed in accordance with the product specifications and company operating procedures. 3.2 The poultry portions are packed in accordance with the company safety policies and procedures. 3.3 The poultry portions are packed in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and procedures. 3.4 The poultry portions are packed in accordance with the company production throughput requirements.
