Evidence requirements 1.1 Operations are planned in accordance with customer requirements. 1.2 Operations are planned in accordance with the capacity of plant and production commitments. 1.3 Operations are planned in accordance with the availability of internal and external resources required to meet production commitments. Range resources include but are not limited to – zinc, chemicals, personnel, machinery. Outcome 2 Supervise operations at a hot dip galvanizing facility. Evidence requirements 2.1 Supervision ensures that the planned operations are undertaken in accordance with company procedures. Range receiving, jigging, degreasing, rinsing, pickling, fluxing, galvanizing, quenching, fettling, inspecting, weighing, despatching. Outcome 3 Supervise staff at a hot dip galvanizing facility. Evidence requirements 3.1 Supervision of staff ensures that health, safety, and environmental practices are complied with in accordance with legislative requirements and company procedures. 3.2 Supervision of staff ensures that staff are trained to meet the requirements of the HSE Act and company procedures. 3.3 Supervision of staff ensures that performance management meets administration requirements. 3.4 Supervision of staff ensures that the lines of reporting are adhered to in accordance with company procedures.
