Enterprise procedures referred to in this unit standard are the applicable procedures found in the following: enterprise exposition; manufacturer publications; Government and local body legislation; airworthiness authority requirements. 2 Definition Human resource – the number and type of personnel required completing a task or series of tasks, and the expected time those personnel will be required. Outcomes and evidence requirements Outcome 1 Monitor progress of an aircraft maintenance activity. Evidence requirements 1.1 Status of work in progress is determined in relation to production plan targets. 1.2 Trends and/or events that will affect the planned completion time are identified. Outcome 2 Reorganise tasks and/or resources for an aircraft maintenance activity. Evidence requirements 2.1 Options that will restore the schedule, or minimise delays to the planned completion time, are identified.
