Classification Agriculture > Agribusiness Management Available grade Achieved Explanatory notes 1 Definition High performance is defined as at least upper quartile performance, and/or industry targets for a production system. 2 Industry targets are the generally accepted physical performance measures determined by industry peak bodies. This could include livestock performance targets, pasture production targets, and farm production performance. Outcomes and evidence requirements Outcome 1 Benchmark own farm’s physical performance against industry high performers. Evidence requirements 1.1 Determines physical performance areas to benchmark to improve performance. 1.2 Determines industry high performance targets to benchmark against. 1.3 Analyses own farm’s performance data against industry high performance targets. 1.4 Describes strategies to improve performance. Range a minimum of two strategies; descriptions must include a financial implication of each strategy.
