Definitions
Company procedures – the documents and procedures that include company rules,
codes and practices; machine and equipment operating instructions; quality and
conformance checks; and health and safety requirements.
Non-standard architectural aluminium joinery products – unique designs or ‘one-off’
products characterised by unusual or non-standard angles and dimensions.

Prepare to repair non-standard architectural aluminium joinery products.
Evidence requirements
1.1
Area to be repaired is checked against client requirements.
Range
requirements may include – timing of repair, requirements and
availability of any scaffolding or hoisting arrangements, availability
of any sub-contracted personnel.
1.2
Repair options are communicated and agreed with the client in accordance with
company procedures.
1.3
Materials and equipment required for the repair are prepared in accordance with
company procedures.
1.4
Any sub-contracted personnel required for the work are confirmed in
accordance with company procedures.

Evidence requirements
2.1
Sash is checked to ensure compatibility with the repair specifications.
Range
checking includes – size, measurements, configuration, colour.
2.2
Profile is matched to ensure compatibility with the repair specifications.

Repair is completed in accordance with company procedures and client
requirements.
2.4
Completed repair is checked to ensure it meets client requirements and any
relevant industry standards requirements.

Any documentation and inspections are completed in accordance with company
