lambs, deer, pig, goat, horses, other animals used in the meat processing sector.

cheeks, headmeat, contaminated trimmings, condemned portions of carcasses,
head, tails.
Evidence requirements
1.1
Equipment is operated in accordance with organisational requirements and
manufacturer’s specifications.
1.2
Non-viscera by-products are removed in accordance with organisational
requirements.
1.3
All external contamination is trimmed and placed in receptacles in accordance
with organisational requirements.
1.4
By-product removal does not damage or contaminate recoverable products or
endanger the operator and other people.
