Is the judgment you are requesting the revision of executable? If not, please
explain why you are submitting an application for revision.
Pursuant to article 12.1 of the statute, a party may apply to the Dispute Tribunal for a
revision of an executable judgment. Article 11.3 of the statute provides that in the absence
of an appeal, a judgment becomes executable following the expiry of the time provided for
appeal in the statute of the Appeals Tribunal.

Identify any decisive facts that were, at the time the judgment was rendered,
unknown to the Dispute Tribunal and to you.

Pursuant to article 12 of the statute of the Tribunal, a request for revision must be made
within 30 calendar days of the discovery of the fact and within one year of the date of the
judgment.
