District Matriculation committee. Without it we cannot do a thorough program review for

Below is the email I originally sent in September to try to get the SARS Grid counselor contacts
loaded into the PeopleSoft MIS Bolton. The PCCSASAR file is
\\Psdev2\Peoplesoft\SADEV\sqr.PCCD\PCCSASAR.SQR
An example of its’ input file is \\Psdev2\INPUT\sars\ SAR_PCC_IMPORT.TXT
I would like to ask Phil about testing this sqr by running sqrw on an appropriate server
remotely. I will talk to him on Monday. If that is not okay, let me know.

There is an upload process to get SARS-grid appointment data into the MIS bolt-on. I am afraid
that is has not been run in a year. The matric committee is concerned that our data is not correct
and I am sure it is not.
I found the sqr that reads the text file generated from sars. See excerpt below. I do not know if
this is in production. I have a call into SARS to find out how the text file is generated. We need
to work on this right away. I would like to reload the matriculation submissions for summer 08,
fall 08 and spring 09, as well as generate a reasonable file for summer 09.
