 Course deactivations were approved but spreadsheet
needs to be fixed to include course title and effective
date. College will resubmit a revised spreadsheet.
 Program modifications- DENTL AA & CA - TABLED
Corrections to include GE requirements and to revise
the wordings of the Program of Study on page 2,
“Other courses required for AS and Certificate of
Achievement” to “Courses outside discipline; also
required for the Major/Certificate of Achievement” for
both AS and CA.
 Program modifications for ADAM, both AA and CA,
were approved but the total required units in c-net from
46-48 to 48 units needs to be corrected. College will
resubmit a corrected copy.

Note:
 BUS 102 – TABLED. There were concerns as to
whether this course is appropriate as Business course or
Counseling course. It was suggested that consultation
with the other colleges in the Counseling dept. is
necessary.
 Program Modification in Global Studies – need to make
corrections on the total units.
ACT 3: Upgrade to A Timeline hand-out was distributed to CIPD members.
CurricUNET
META – presented The following were discussed:
by Amy Bohorquez  Each campus should have a team of 4-5 people
including the Curriculum Specialist and the Curriculum
Chair
 Suggested a stipend for faculty that are able to help
 VPIs should make sure the Curriculum Specialists has
time set aside for this process
 Teams need to be pulled together by April
 Pre-migration checklist
 Summer plans- testing Approval process
 Fall plans- trainings on the new system on the 1st CIPD
mtg.
