All tasks are to be carried out in accordance with enterprise procedures, the enterprise being

2.1
Material is secured to prevent movement during cutting.
2.2
Material is cut to dimensions in accordance with enterprise procedures.

drills, hand punches or power punches, routers, drill presses.
