At Large Administrative Representative on the Planning and Budgeting Council
Dr. Jacob Ng, Vice Chancellor of Student Services, was one of the At Large Administrative
Representatives whom you appointed to serve on the Planning and Budgeting Council this academic
year.
Dr. Ng has missed more than three (3) Planning and Budgeting Council. Per the by-laws for the
PBC, in view of these absences there needs to be a replacement for Dr. Ng before August 2011.
The Planning and Budgeting Council is suggesting that you consider appointing one (1) of the
college business managers as Dr. Ng’s replacement.
