COLLEGE OF ALAMEDA INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS INDICATORS STATUS REPORT May 20, 2015 TO: Peralta Budget Committee (PBC) FR: Dr. Joi Lin Blake President College of Alameda RE: Status Report on COA Institutional Effectiveness Indicators The College of Alameda College has reviewed the Institutional Effectiveness (IE) Indicators. The campus has agreed to continue the dialogue during the 2015-2016 academic year as it begins the revision and development of the COA Education Master Plan and all other planning documents. The measures have been posted on the COA website at http://alameda.peralta.edu/planning-documents/institutional-setstandards/ and were uploaded into the State Portal May 20. The consultation process was as follows: Thursday, April 9, 2015 Executive Council: The President, Vice President of Instruction and Director of Business and Administrative Services reviewed the required indicators, alignment of optional indicators with the COA institutional set standards, gap analysis, strategy for setting and/or changing benchmarks, consultation process and timelines. Monday, April 13, 2015 Senior Leadership Team: The COA Senior Leadership team reviewed the IE Indicators, campus strategy, timeline and provided feedback with revisions. Tuesday, April 21, 2015 College Council: The IE Indicators were presented to the Council in addition to the campus strategy, timeline and opportunity for feedback and recommendations. Thursday, May 7, 2015 Academic Senate: The IE Indicators were presented to the Academic Senate in addition to the campus strategy, timeline and opportunity for feedback and recommendations. Thursday, May 7, 2015 Associated Students (ASCOA): The IE Indicators were presented to the ASCOA in addition to the campus strategy, timeline and opportunity for feedback and recommendations. Thursday, May 14, 2015 Classified Senate Council: The IE Indicators were presented to the Classified Senate Council in addition to the campus strategy, timeline and opportunity for feedback and recommendations.
