We watch one feature film in this class each semester. There is a "Movie Critique Sheet" assigned as well.
While I cannot say what film we will watch this semester, this document contains links to all the films I have
ever screened in this course over the years. I hope you enjoy this semester's film!

This film really angered the students. The ending enraged many. "We're on a survival school camping

a favorite Hitchcock... "Well, didn't you hear what I said? I want to be take to police headquarters. I'm

The Great Santini
My dad recommended this to me... finally I watched it and - wow! "Watch yer' six!"... "Nothin' but the
best for my hogs"...

five seconds later you watch them do "XYZ", and sometimes I'll ask them "Why did you do 'XYZ'?"
and they never have an answer. They always look at you like, "Why would you ask a question like
