Purpose
People credited with this unit standard are able to: demonstrate
knowledge of alternative approaches to the development of
legislation on the basis of differing cultural beliefs or values;
demonstrate knowledge of alternative approaches to the
operation of different court systems; and demonstrate
knowledge of alternative penal or correctional systems.
