Elements and Performance Criteria element 1 Analyse a consignment in preparation for transportation. performance criteria 1.1 The consignment is analysed in terms of weight, dimensions, packaging, type of product, and any special documentation requirements. 1.2 The consignment is analysed in terms of origin, destination, and customer requirements. 1.3 The weight distribution and any cargo constraints are determined in accordance with the consignment characteristics.
