People credited with this unit standard are able to deliver base-course material to stockpile, and spread base-course material onto road surfaces. entry information: Candidates must hold a minimum of the class of licence required for the vehicle being driven and comply with the requirements of the Land Transport (Driver Licensing) Rule 1999. accreditation option: Evaluation of documentation and visit by NZQA, industry and the Land Transport NZ. moderation option: A centrally established and directed national moderation system has been set up by the NZ Motor Industry Training Organisation (Incorporated). special notes: 1 Acts, regulations, and Rules to be complied with include: Land Transport Act 1998; Land Transport (Driver Licensing) Rule 1999; Traffic Regulations 1976.
