Demonstrate knowledge of legislation relating to the classification of menacing dogs.

1.1
Section 33A of the Dog Control Act 1996 is described in terms of intent, and
contrasts between 33A (1) (b) (i) and 33A (1) (b) (ii) are identified.
1.2
Section 33C of the Dog Control Act 1996 is described in terms of intent.
1.3
Breeds of dog and type of dog listed in Schedule 4 of the Dog Control Act 1996
are identified.

The five conditions which the owner of a menacing dog must comply with are
identified, along with applicable timeframes.

as one of the breeds or type listed in Schedule 4 of the Dog Control Act 1996.

Act 1996 but otherwise meets the requirements of the menacing dog
classification under section 33 of the Act.
