NZQA, National Qualifications Services is interested in your feedback.
When providing feedback on these unit standards, please read the background information
for this review found in the Supported Learning consultation document found on our
webpage.
Consider:
a) Purpose of the standard - the knowledge, skills, behaviours, attitudes and values the
unit standard recognises.
b) Explanatory Notes – how well these assist in the interpretation of the unit standard
and/or increase the likelihood of consistent assessment.
c) Outcome statements – how well these describe what has to be achieved.
d) Evidence requirements – how well these specify the quality of the critical evidence
required to meet the outcomes.
e) Range statements – how well these distinguish the items that need to be considered.
– how sufficient is the breadth of evidence required.
f)
Credit value – how appropriate the credits allocated to the unit standard is reflective of
a notional 10 hours of learning, practice, and assessment time with respect to the
outcomes and contexts of the unit standard.
g) The whole suite of proposed standards – how well the proposed standards
represent the skills and knowledge required for a graduate to self-manage participation
in everyday living, with supervision.
