Evidence requirements 2.1 The language used, including forms of address, is appropriate to the situation and relationship between the participants. 2.2 Information provided is clear and presented in a manner appropriate to the target audience. 2.3 Feedback is sought from the target audience to ensure the information is understood. 2.4 Information provided is treated in accordance with the statutory requirements of the Official Information Act and the Privacy Act. Evidence requirements 3.1 The response is clear and relevant to the enquiry. 3.2 The mode of the response is appropriate to the subject matter and the enquirer. 3.3 Conventions used are in accordance with organisational requirements.
