Receiving, storing, recalling, and transferring information are described in terms
of short-term and long-term memory processes.
1.2
Techniques for memorising information are described in terms of how they
support retention of information.
Range
two visual techniques, two auditory techniques, two kinaesthetic
techniques.

Demonstrate a short-term or long-term memory technique.
Evidence requirements

Own preferred memory technique is identified and reasons are given for choice.

Technique for memorising ten items is applied, tested and recall success rate is
recorded.
