Evidence requirements 1.1 Description identifies products and/or services of the organisation. 1.2 Description identifies the use of the products and/or services by the consumer. 1.3 Description includes an outline of the roles within the organisation. Outcome 2 Describe the effect of one’s work within the organisation. Evidence requirements 2.1 Own role within the organisation is described in terms of the way it contributes to the organisation’s production and/or provision of products and/or services. Outcome 3 Reflect on own role in the organisation.
