The standards are expiring and have been assigned a new expiry date. Date new versions published April 2010 New expiry date December 2014 Summary The reinstatement and change to the expiry date has been in response to concerns from stakeholders that the original expiry dates were not going to allow sufficient time for candidates to complete the requirements for the standards or subsequently the qualifications these standards form a part of. The change was made to ensure that candidates are able to complete qualifications they are enrolled in. MITO intends to extend the last date for assessments to take place for relevant qualifications to December 2014 so the dates are in keeping with the expiry date for the standards.
