Outcomes and evidence requirements Outcome 1 Describe factors that affect own learning. Evidence requirements 1.1 Personal factors which affect one’s ability to learn are described in terms of own needs. The factors are described in terms of their impact on learning. Range 1.2 social, emotional, physical, spiritual, cognitive, cultural; evidence of four is required. Environmental factors that affect learning are described in terms of own needs. Range may include but is not limited to – ergonomics, sound, visual factors, light, temperature; evidence of four is required. Outcome 2 Describe own learning practices and produce a plan to enhance own learning.
