Candidate should be eager to learn about the industry and have a desire to help Equator grow. Must demonstrate drive and initiative. Responsibilities: As a member of the account service team, you will be directly responsible for assisting the Account Coordinators and providing support to the entire Accounts Team. The role demands natural attention to detail and multitasking in a deadline driven environment. Personal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments, at all levels Intelligent, structured, organized, collaborative and efficient Driven to succeed A team player Exudes a positive “get it done attitude” Proven problem solving; must be creatively minded and add value to the account team Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Mac & Adobe software Education: Recent college graduate or senior nearing graduation with a BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Design or related field.
