IN-RANGE PROGRESSION (IRP) REQUEST FORM
Please use this form to request an In-Range Progression. Forward the signed completed form to Office of
Human Resources, UN Room 165, ext. 2101. Information on the policies and conditions governing in-range
progression request is available in the Collective Bargaining Agreements and the personnel manuals of each
auxiliary organization.
IRP salary determinations are made jointly by Human Resources, College/Department management, and the
Division VP or designee. The incumbent’s salary history, internal salary equity, and budgetary constraints are
always taken into account when considering salary actions.
