In accordance with the Federal requirements of the Office of Management & Budget Circular A-133, The University
Corporation’s efforts to monitor sub recipient of Federal funds include review of A-133 audit reports from sub recipient
institutions.
Our records indicate that funding was provided to your institution for the fiscal year 20[xx]/20[xx]. As a sub recipient
of federal funds, we are requesting certification from your organization that you are in compliance with A-133
