Districts must work toward implementing the whole systems/instrument. However, full implementation is not expected in the first year of use. To continue to participate in the project, a reasonable level of progress must be made and a summary submitted to Learning Support Services with the application for the Quality Full-day Kindergarten Grant. Applications should be submitted along with the district’s Quality Full-day Kindergarten Grant (Fund Code: 701) application unless an extension is requested of Min-hua Chen (mchen@doe.mass.edu).
