The school district agrees to:

implement the grant program as proposed in the district’s grant application, unless a
request is submitted and granted to change program activities and/or the grant budget;

participate in designated training and technical assistance events sponsored by the
Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (Department);
_____
participate in all grant-related program evaluations supported by the Department,
including but not limited to, an end of project self-assessment; and
_____
host, if requested, one on-site visit for Department staff and/or other school districts to
promote the sharing of promising practices.
