The district developed and uses a teacher report for all IEP Team meetings (e.g., annual reviews and reevaluations); however, this documentation does not contain all of the elements required such as teacher comments on student’s ageappropriate communication, interpersonal skills, and memory. For annual reviews, the teacher’s report is appropriate, and it would not require parental consent.
