In addition to annual training regarding forms, processes and procedures for ELL students, ELL translation services offered by the school district will also be reviewed. Moreover, the District has developed an internal tracking form; a checklist for each ELL student that ensures compliance with all ELL procedures, including but not limited to progress report timelines. This ELL reporting checklist will indicate corresponding dates for all elementary building based report cards. To ensure that appropriate staff members are trained in the maintaining of required documents within the student record, the Director of Pupil Services will facilitate an annual Fall training for elementary building principals, designated ELL staff and school counselors, regarding the maintenance of ELL records and required documentation including but not limited to progress reports.
