Required Program Information FY15
Your MassGrad Promising Practices Implementation Award Year 2 Submission includes a review of
your entire Year 1 MassGrad work (2013-14 school year and summer 2014) and the plans for Year
2 of your MassGrad initiative. We hope the review will steer you to an honest and thorough
reflection of your work and direct you to make any necessary adjustments as you plan for Year 2.
Your feedback will also help inform our technical assistance strategy and evaluation efforts of
individual sites and the project as a whole.
Year 2 Submission Instructions:
Please thoroughly complete the information requested below. Year 2 plans must be submitted
via email to Lisa Harney at lharney@doe.mass.edu no later than 5:00p.m. on Friday, August 29th.
Please include “MassGrad Year 2 Plans” in the subject line of the email message. We encourage
you to submit your plans as early as you would find helpful for your own planning purposes. We
will be reviewing and approving your Year 2 plans on a rolling basis (please plan for approximately
a two-week turnaround for feedback and approval of your Year 2 plans and budget).
