How community support (e.g., school and district level teachers and staff, family, business, and non-profit) for the prospective innovation school or academy will be garnered. 1 Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education C: Prospectus Review All applicants are required to submit an innovation school prospectus for review by the Department. The submitted prospectus will be evaluated based on the requirements of the law and the criteria reflected in the prospectus template. Additional Information As noted in the RFP, applicants may submit an innovation school prospectus that has not yet been approved by the screening committee; however, preference will be given to applicants that submit an approved prospectus for review. A copy of the innovation school prospectus template is included with this RFP and should be used as needed. D: Selected Partner Resume All applicants are required to submit the resumes of selected partners for review by the Department.
