PART III – REQUIRED PROGRAM INFORMATION
You must verify in the required cover letter that you:
1. have submitted all required information and forms/letters for your HiSET™ contract to ETS;
2. have paid all outstanding bills through July 30, 2014, from GEDTS, Oklahoma Scoring Service (OSS),
and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s GED Office; and
3. have met all staffing and test center requirements from both ETS/HiSET™ and the Massachusetts
Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s HSE Office.
