Designate your on-campus dining hall meals by indicating a “D” in the appropriate fields for each day of your stay.
Please continue on a separate sheet, if necessary. Please keep in mind that summer hours are usually 8am-7pm on
weekdays and 9am-7pm on weekends in Panther Dining Hall, except by advance request for groups over 50 participants.

Please list below the specific venues you will need reserved for your program, along with the dates and times you
anticipate needing the venues. Venues include both indoor areas (classrooms, Gleason Performing Arts Center,
Clemente Center, etc.) as well as outdoor areas (Intramural Fields, Panther Plaza, etc.). If you are unsure which specific
venues are needed, please describe your needs as the CSB will work with you to determine which venues best fit your
program needs. Venues are reserved on a first-come and first-scheduled basis.
