 T. N. Chaturvedi, a Chartered Accountant, having an experience
of nearly 19 years in different business segments, senior partner

Industry Chambers and advisory councils set up by the
regulatory authorities in various fields
 Mukesh Gupta, A Chartered Accountant, having an experience of
nearly 25 years in different business segments including the last
one being the CFO for a large corporate & having expertise in
financing, M&A, JVs. His core competence lies in maturing
complex business and financing transactions including the
innovative deal structuring.

competitive advantage and turnaround strategies,. He also advises
on cost cutting, innovation, optimization and resizing of resourses,
restructuring and reorganization of units. He Is also an industry
expert for ISO 9000 audit.

 Rajeev Gupta, a Chartered Accountant having nearly 20 years
experience in different business the last one being the CFO for a
large corporate house. His core competence lies in Management
Audit, Taxation, Mergers & Acquisition, Capital Structuring and
Funds/Treasury Management.
 JP Mengi, a Senior Banker with over 40 years experience in large
public sector bank in credit appraisal and corporate lending to big,
mid and small corporate borrowers and handled a portfolio of more

commercial evaluation of business for different business segments.
