Role of the Senior Women's Forum To promote cultural change in the University by providing input into strategic planning and policy directions and critical decision making bodies within the University To provide support for women to take on senior leadership roles within the University To support networking / the strengthening of links and the circulation of information amongst senior women within the University To provide a forum for meeting with senior women at other universities and in other sectors/linking with networks beyond the University To support the leadership, professional development and advancement of women generally within the University and To support mentoring programs so as to significantly contribute to the career development of University women Membership is limited to women at Academic Levels D&E and General Staff HEW Levels 10 and above.
