You must submit a letter from your department head or division chair confirming that, if the course is approved,
you will be able to offer it during the academic year. Please note that we are not asking the department head or
division chair to evaluate the proposal. However, if we do not have a letter from him/her, your proposal will not
be considered.
Department heads and division chairs can submit the letter via email to jbaltes@nwscc.edu or they can print it
on departmental letterhead and mail it as a hard copy to Joan Baltes.
