Vangstad
• In the last month, the following progress has been made:
– Concrete has been poured in all of the basement rooms up to the
new entrance.
– Interior basement walls have been insulated.
– The 2x6 supports have been built in the hallways in the basement.
– Change orders for the general contractor continue to impede
progress on the project, however the other contractors continue to
move forward.

• The week after Graduation, College Street from 2nd
Avenue-3rd Avenue and across the intersection will
be closed to move the water lines.

• In the near future we will need to start closing
parking lots to allow the contractor to dig in the
footings for the wall.
• Viking Drive will be reopened for Graduation.
