酒 店 聖 誕 自 助 餐 普 遍 加 價 提 早 爆 滿

【 明 報 專 訊 】今 年 聖 誕 市 道 大 旺，雖 然 不 論 中 高 檔 酒 店 的 聖 誕 自 助 餐，普 遍 加 價 5 ％ 至 10%
以 上，未 到 月 中 已 相 繼 爆 滿。以 抵 食 見 稱、每 位 收 300 餘 元 一 位 的 東 涌 諾 富 特 東 薈 城 酒
店 固 然 早 已 爆 滿 ， 加 一 後 每 位 收 費 近 千 元 的 香 港 洲 際 酒 店 自 助 晚 餐 ， 24 、 25 日 亦 已 訂 滿 ，
可 謂 「 有 錢 都 無 得 食 」 。
經 濟 持 續 回 穩 ， 加 上 進 口 食 材 成 本 大 幅 上 漲 ， 市 民 今 年 吃 聖 誕 自 助 大 餐 的 財 政 預 算 須 「 加
碼 」 ， 本 報 查 詢 港 九 多 間 酒 店 平 安 夜 和 自 助 晚 餐 價 錢 ， 普 遍 較 去 年 加 價 30 至 60 元 。
其 中 美 麗 華 酒 店 聖 誕 平 安 夜 自 助 晚 餐， 更 足 足 加 價 100 元 ，成 人 每 位 要 838 元，但 仍 不
乏 捧 場 客 。 平 安 夜 8 時 後 早 已 訂 滿 ， 酒 店 公 關 稱 ， 他 們 今 年 特 別 選 用 較 多 優 質 食 材 ， 包 括
澳 洲 入 口 的 穀 飼 和 牛 和 鴕 鳥 肉、法 國 入 口 魚 子 醬 等，故 價 格 稍 為 上 調，但 同 樣 受 歡 迎。
食 材 價 貴 普 遍 加 價 逾 5%
至 於 繼 續 每 位 收 費 888 元 的 香 港 洲 際 酒 店， 24 、 25 日 晚 上 自 助 餐 早 已 訂 滿，但 仍 有 數 十 客
人 願 意 輪 候 做「 後 備 」， 希 望 有 人 取 消 訂 枱 。 半 島 酒 店 的 露 台 餐 廳 與 瑞 士 餐 廳 訂 座 反
應 熱 烈 ， 在 平 安 夜 和 聖 誕 節 兩 日 已 於 一 星 期 前 預 訂 滿 座 。
酒 店 平 安 夜 和 聖 誕 訂 枱 今 年 特 別 早 爆 滿 ， 喜 來 登 酒 店 發 言 人 笑 說 ， 成 人 每 位 508 元 的 平 安
夜 自 助 午 餐 早 在 11 月 中 已 訂 滿 ， 絕 大 部 分 是 舊 客 一 早 預 訂 。 至 於 24 、 25 日 的 自 助 晚 餐 ，
該 酒 店 今 年 約 加 價 8% ， 成 人 每 位 760 元 ， 但 現 已 七 、 八 成 滿 ， 較 去 年 明 顯 搶 手 ， 「 聖 誕
都 想 吃 得 好 一 點 ， 食 材 成 本 是 增 加 了 ， 但 食 物 質 素 不 可 減 低 」 。
去 年 以 298 元「 海 嘯 價 」吸 客 的 東 涌 諾 富 特 東 薈 城 酒 店，今 年 加 價 30 元，成 人 每 位 收 318
元 ， 仍 屬 「 平 通 街 」 ， 故 不 論 平 安 夜 、 聖 誕 和 拆 禮 物 日 ， 均 全 告 爆 滿 ， 並 要 加 開 3 樓 餐 廳
增 設 BBQ 自 助 餐 ， 以 燒 烤 熱 食 代 替 壽 司 刺 身 魚 生 ， 同 樣 搶 手 。
業 界 料 聖 誕 生 意 升 逾 15%
無 論 中 檔 或 高 檔 酒 店 餐 廳 負 責 人 都 表 示，連 19 、 20 日 起 價 錢 較 低 的 自 助 晚 餐，也 有 部 分 日
子 爆 滿 ， 市 民 若 不 想 撲 空 ， 便 要 趁 早 計 劃 和 訂 座 。
餐 飲 聯 業 協 會 會 長 黃 家 和 表 示 ， 預 計 聖 誕 生 意 較 去 年 同 期 升 15 ％ 以 上 ， 主 要 是 去 年 遇 上
海 嘯 ， 而 今 年 經 濟 已 有 好 轉 。 他 說 ， 目 前 平 均 訂 枱 已 達 六 七 成 ， 預 計 聖 誕 前 一 至 兩 星 期
會 爆 滿 。 他 說 ， 首 三 季 餐 飲 業 生 意 與 去 年 同 期 打 和 ， 預 料 全 年 可 較 去 年 升 4 ％ 。

Christmas Buffet dinner is $738 per person originally. However, because of the rising in demand for hotel buffet dinner, the equilibrium price of hotel buffet dinner has increased to
$838 per person. Another example is Sheraton Hotel’s buffet dinner, which because of the increase of demand, the price has to increase for 8% and becomes $760 per person. Besides, because it’s near Christmas, people usually hang out and dine out. This festival causes the increase in demand and cause the rise in both equilibrium price and equilibrium quantity.
