DREW UNIVERSITY CENTER FOR HOLOCAUST/GENOCIDE STUDY Annual Yom HaShoah Commemoration The Boys of Terezín The Boys of Terezín is a documentary film that takes you inside the infamous concentration camp – seen through the eyes of teenage boys imprisoned there, and remembered through the words they wrote in a clandestine magazine. Witness five remaining survivors, reunited 65 years later at the premiere of an oratorio that gives musical voice to their lost friends’ extraordinary poems. Film screening will be followed by a Q & A with Sidney Taussig, one of the boys of Terezín Wednesday, April 10, 2013 10:00 a.m. – 12 noon Baldwin Gymnasium Free and open to the community Sponsored by The Jacqueline Berke Program Fund Shelah Fried in memory of Peter A.
