Students will also run/walk a campus lap. Day 5 Day 6: Students will be divided into teams for games Tournament play Day 7: Tournament play Day 8 &9 Students will rotate fitness station every 5 minutes which include activities of Muscular endurance, cardio and, strength training drills such as jump rope, bleacher workout, ab, legs, and arm workouts, weights, ladder drills, and agility drills.
