Students will learn the proper way to dribble a ball with each foot.
Students will know the difference between offense and defense

Day 2
Go over handout with students with rules, terminology, positions.
Introduce dribbling with right and left foot.
Dribbling drills with cones.
Dribbling drills with nets
Dribbling drills with goalies.
Day 3&4
Students will rotate fitness station every 5 minutes which include activities of
Muscular endurance, cardio and, strength training drills such as jump rope, bleacher
workout, ab, legs, and arm workouts, weights, ladder drills, and agility drills.
Students will also run/walk a campus lap.
Day 5

Students will be divided into teams for games

Day 8 &9 Students will rotate fitness station every 5 minutes which include activities of
