What is the frequency of this disorder in the population? show at least one – either a Punnett square or pedigree and predict the chance of having offspring with the disorder. It must reflect your disorder or no points. 4. Testing – How is testing done and what sample is needed? DNA, blood, protein, tissue, physical appearance? 5. Lifestyle – how does the lifestyle change to accommodate any physical or mental difficulties from the genetic mutation? 6.
