Introduction
State the objective(s)/purpose(s) for this lab
Journal
(a) Draw each circuit that is analyzed in this lab,
labeling nodes/elements to correspond with your
SPICE netlist, labeling nodes to correspond to the
SMU connections made to the parameter analyzer
(b) Perform hand analysis for each circuit, showing
your work in the process
(c) Perform SPICE simulations for each circuit
(remember to include print outs of your results and
netlists)
(d) Analyze each circuit using the parameter analyzer.
Make sure to indicate how you configured each
SMU displayed in part (a) (e.g. was it kept at a
constant voltage, swept through a certain range,
etc). Include print outs of your results
Conclusions
Compare/comment on results/discrepancies observed in
analyzing your circuits through the three methods used
(i.e. hand analysis, SPICE simulation, analysis via
parameter analyzer)
