 Project Compass learning strategy largely relies on distance learning (web-based
learning)
 Good News – Flexible learning options (time, place)
 Good News – Less need for trained classroom instructors
 Bad News – Learners don’t have an opportunity to discuss what they’ve learned or ask questions
 Super Users provide learners with a local expert to answer their questions
 Over 175 Super User’s identified from the Super User survey!
o Span most departments
o Includes key employee “process owners” along with local volunteers
