Control Master II Kit (a) Control Master II Proportioner (b) Two Filling Tubes; One for Buckets, Auto Scrubbers, Extractors. One for Grip and Go Spray Bottles (c) Hose Rac for hanging Action Lock II Connectors and Filling Tubes 2. Control Master II Installation (a) Standard Faucet with external Garden Hose threads (b) Attach to the faucet by screwing it on with the connecting stem facing the front (c) Use washers to align stem to front if necessary Caution: The Control master II comes with a vacuum breaker to prevent flow of chemicals into the main water source. Do Not remove this part of the unit 3. Control Master II Operation (a) Attach appropriate Action II Lock Connector (b) Attach the appropriate Filling Tube to the Control Master II to dispense a controlled flow (c) Turn on Water (d) For dispensing clear Water, Disconnect the Action Lock II Connector Caution: When Water is being used for human consumption, make sure all Action Lock II Connectors have been disconnected from the Control Master II 4. Action Cap Installation (a) Carton in Upright Position, remove Shipping Cap, Hold Spout firmly in one hand while peeling the cap with the other hand (catch the finger tip under the edge pulling up and back) (b) Attach Action Cap by inserting into spout, (make sure Cap seals flush with spout to prevent leakage Title: Proportioning Systems Trainer Notes 6. Action Lock II Connector Installation (a) Design for Use With Buckeyes Action Pac, Five Gallon Packaging Unit. (b) Color Coded for use with specific Products and Cleaning assignments (c)Position the open end of the Action Lock II Connector hose over the Action Cap and Push over the barbs until the hose is in place 7. How to Use the Action Control II System (a) Grasp the Action Lock II Connector on the colored sleeve and attach it to the Control Master II Proportioner (c) Place one hand on the back of the Control Master for support as you push the Action II Connector into place. (d) Turn on water to automatically proportion and dispense a ready to use Solution (e) Filling buckets or Bottles, Choose the appropriate hose for a controlled flow 8. Importance of Proper Dilution (a) Saves money (b) Adding more solution could damage surface (c) Not adding enough makes a weak solution Caution: At no time will any person, change, manipulate, omit or interfere with the dispensing hoses. The proper hose will be used at all times.
